We are the oldest and most complete health foods store in the Springfield area!   For nearly 30 years we have been providing and educating the community with natural ways to better health.  We have a wonderfully knowledgable staff and a great variety of products.  We carry many organic and natural foods with only the best and most wholesome ingredients, including a wide variety of specialty foods such as Gluten-free, Dairy-free, Egg-free, Vegan ect.  We also carry beauty care products, all free of parabens, petro chemicals, and any harmful toxins.  We are a part of the Non-GMO Project and focus on only the best quality products whether it be food or supplements.  Our house cleaning products are the safest on the market and we also have a variety of safe baby products.  One of our newest additions to the store is our Organic Beer and Wine selection.  Come to the store and sample our Organic Wine that we are sampling daily.  With the best quality supplements, herbs, food, beauty care, and cleaning products, we guarantee better health!  In addition, we have The Integrative Health Group right next door offering Naturopathic Medicine, Acupuncture, Yoga, and Therapeutic Touch Therapy.

Barbara G. -- For 13 years, Barbara's balance of physical and spiritual energies has assisted both staff and customers in achieving a calm and homey experience at Better Life. Blending a knowledge of Native American remedies with modern nutritional practices, she brings an honest approach to our products' value.

Kathleen C. -- Kathleen's knowledge of supplements is a great resource here at Better Life. Want to find out if we have a supplement? Ask Kathleen. She also excels at customer service, attention to detail, passion for learning and has incredible patience.
Carolina Gonzalez -- 

Carolina is a part-time worker at Better Life and is passionate about health and nutrition. She is earning her B.S at Western New England University and has plans to continue her education in naturopathic medicine at the University of Bridgeport, CT.  Carolina puede assistir los que hablan español. 

Store Policies / Services
  • Items may be returned with receipt for full refund by original method of payment up to 14 days after purchase date. (Excluding Boiron products)
  • If there is no reciept, customers may exchange the product for something else in the store or recieve a store gift card with the current cost of returned item.

Personal Checks
All checks are accepted with a valid driver's license and an accompanying phone number. Third party and WIC checks are not accepted.
Special Orders
Special orders may be made on in stock and catalogue items. Anything frozen or perishable must be picked up the day it arrives in the store. A 10% discount is given on purchases made by the case. An item will be held for only 2 weeks.
Senior Citizen's Discount
A discount is given to person's 62 and older on every Tuesday at 10%.
EBT food stamps are accepted for all food items.
